By using apparelpeak.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited stock. If we cancel after you've been charged, you'll get a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Products

We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Sizing is listed on each product page. Please check before ordering.

Discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order and one use per customer unless stated otherwise. Codes can't be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders. We may end any promotion at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. If you use Klarna or another buy-now-pay-later option, their terms also apply.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, photos, and content on this site belong to PEAK Apparel. Don't copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are apparel, not safety equipment. To the extent allowed by law, PEAK Apparel isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
