  • Payment info: handled directly by our payment processors (Squarespace Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Sign-up info: your phone number and/or email if you join our text or email list.
  • Browsing info: basic data like device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location, collected through cookies to keep the site working and understand traffic.

How we use it

  • To process, ship, and support your orders
  • To send order and shipping updates
  • To send marketing texts and emails only if you sign up
  • To improve our site and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the store:

  • Squarespace: website and checkout
  • Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna
  • Shipping: Shopify Shipping, USPS, and other carriers and address, to deliver your order

Text messages (SMS)

By entering your phone number and signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from PEAK Apparel (drops, restocks, discounts). Consent is not required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
